BIG SKY ROOFING is Hiring a Project Supervisor Near Danville, IL

Job Description:

Big Sky Roofing is searching for a highly-motivated and driven Project Supervisor to join our growing team. This position will be primarily focused on ensuring the smooth execution of roofing, siding, and gutter projects. You will be working directly with clients and crews to ensure all projects are completed to our strict standards. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, driven, and have 1 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the process of installation
  • Friendly communication directly with homeowners, crews, office staff, and sales representatives
  • Obtaining additional materials for your projects when necessary
  • Ensuring compliance with all company rules, policies, and agreements
  • Traveling between company office and job locations
  • Ensuring all permits are posted accordingly on job sites
  • Coordinating all necessary inspections during the course of the job
  • Documenting company procedures and following all processes within company CRM.
  • Coordinating the removal and/or return of extra materials and equipment upon project completion
  • Maintaining an organized, stocked, and clean production vehicle
  • Ensuring the job site is clean of all trash and debris
  • Fixing small punch list items
  • Identifying areas of improvement within the company and department in an effort to continuously improve our processes, output, and profitability.
  • Occasionally working a flexible schedule and extended hours if a project require it
  • Performing routine inspections

Qualifications:

  • 1 years of relevant experience
  • Able to perform physical duties
  • Ability to climb ladders and walk pitched roof surfaces on 1-3 story structures.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

  • Weekends as needed

  • Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
